A Luristan bronze dirk. The blade and hilt cast in one piece; flanged hilt to receive a wood or bone inlay.


Circa 900-700 BC.


Fine condition; the metal stable but edges of the hilt flanges irregular; with accretions over much of the length.

Length 28.3 cms (11.1 ins)
