A green faience fertility amulet modelled as a kneeling male figure with enlarged member behind a prone female with long hair. A suspension hole is drilled through the back of the male figure's neck.
 
Ancient Egyptian Late Dynastic-Ptolemaic period: Circa 664-30 BC.
 
Fantastic condition: Complete and intact.
Length 5.6 cms (2.2 ins).
 
Provenance: Private London collection: Before in UK private collection of Mrs B. Ellison, former member of the Egyptian Exploration Fund, acquired in the 1940s, Cairo and London.
