San Jeronimo terracottas, probably named after the type-site area around modern San Jeronimo, Guerrero, are a group of small figurines and ceramic sculptures attributed to the Preclassic (Formative) period of Guerrero, generally around 500-200 BC. They are part of the early village cultures in western and central Mexico that show strong local styles before the emergence of the Olmec and later highland civilizations like Teotihuacan.
