A Roman oil lamp in pale orange terracotta. The discus is decorated with a right-facing winged Eros wearing a short tunic and holding a percussion instrument or large bag to his front. The perimeter is decorated with a band of small, impressed ovules. The lamp stands on a small ring base.
Ancient Roman: Circa 2nd-3rd century AD.
Very fine condition, complete and intact, with light accretions remaining.
