A late Roman terracotta oil lamp with palmate reflector in orange-buff clay. The lamp is mould-made; a circular discus with central filling hole and small vent hole before a rounded nozzle with large wick aperture. The shoulders are decorated with moulded scroll motifs, and the rear is surmounted by a large, ribbed palm-leaf reflector. Plain recessed oval base with the old collection number in black.
