A symmetrical flint axe roughly symmetrical to the long horizontal axis (the plane of the edge of the circumference) and symmetrical to the vertical axis (the plane which is perpendicular to the plane of circumference). Both sides are roughly of similar convexity. The cutting edge is the intersection of two large percussion flake removals with very little secondary pressure flaking.
Scandinavian Mesolithic: Circa 9000-4500 BC.
